A 6-year-old girl broke the world record for solving a Rubik's Cube twice.
In China's Sichuan province, 6-year-old Liang Yunji set a world record by solving a Rubik's Cube in just over four seconds.
Competing in an event sanctioned by the World Cube Association, she recorded average times of 4.52 seconds and subsequently 4.27 seconds.
In doing so, Liang became the first competitor in the world to achieve an average solve time of under 4.5 seconds.
The 6-year-old girl had been practicing for two to three hours a day over the past year and had mastered more than 1,300 algorithms.
