A father and his six-year-old son, who regularly collect plastic bottles left behind by tourists in China, have captured the attention of many on social media. They primarily dedicate their weekends to clearing litter from the mountains. It turns out that this practice began as a way to reduce the child's screen time. Over time, however, the activity evolved into a family tradition that fosters nature conservation while teaching the child the value of hard work and environmental responsibility firsthand. During one of their recent outings, the father and son managed to collect 166 empty plastic bottles in nearly four hours. They gave the collected waste free of charge to sanitation workers who gather plastic recyclables, allowing the workers to earn some extra income.
