A video was leaked on social media showing a 12-year-old boy driving off Lacetti and being stopped by ypx inspectors. The incident occurred on October 1 in the Quadrangle district. The internal affairs staff called the child's father. He refused to sign the protocol, pleaded not guilty, and attempted to “agree”.
