Dorothy Hoffner from Chicago tried to jump with a parachute for the first time four years ago at the age of 100, reports avtorarus.by.

This time, 104-year-old Dorothy Hoffner hopes to enter the Guinness Book of Records as the oldest person to skydive.

Onakhan parachuted from a height of 4100 meters with a controller and landed at the airport in Illinois.

"Age is just a number," says Dorothy Hoffner.

The woman said this in front of people who were watching her after landing at the airport in the American city of Ottawa, writes the Chicago Tribune.

The oldest skydiver record was set in May 2022 by 103-year-old Swede Linnia Ingegard Larsson.
