95.5% of the population is proud to be a citizen of Uzbekistan

According to a sociological survey conducted by the Center for Social Thought on the topic” independence of Uzbekistan – 34 years“, 95.5% of the population is proud to be a citizen of Uzbekistan. 97% of respondents expressed pride in the country, and 87.6% welcomed independence in a joyful mood. 84.7 percent of respondents rated the date as a symbol of popular solidarity.
According to the analysis, 97.8 percent of participants view Uzbekistan as a strong and prosperous state, 88.9 percent as a peaceful and solid state. 79.1 percent of citizens have noted the expansion of opportunities to realize their personal potential in recent years.

As of August 28, 2025, the population of Uzbekistan has exceeded 38 million.
