690 billion soums to be allocated to families in cooperation on the occasion of Eid al-Adha

The President reviewed the presentation of proposals for socio-economic support of the population concerned on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. The presentation also provides for the implementation of a large-scale drinking program during the Eid al-Adha, the implementation of medical operations for 10 thousand children with serious illnesses, the treatment of 2.3 thousand people with neurological and hematological diseases, and the preservation of health from organ transplantation for at least 350 patients.

More than 8 thousand orphans and children deprived of parental care, as well as children of those who died defending the homeland, were allocated $ 200 in scholarships.

In addition, the construction and repair of ablution facilities in 500 mosques, the improvement of cemeteries, the provision of food products to those in need of social protection, lonely elderly people and people with disabilities will be carried out. 690 billion soums will be allocated to the "Vaqf" charitable public fund for these products. Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized the need for all assistance and support, as well as targeted delivery.
