4-day workweek for families with many children in Russia

In Russia, it has been proposed to introduce a 4-day work week for families with many children. Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Boris Chernyshov proposed giving parents the right to switch to a 4-day work week without losing their income. This applies to those who are officially employed.

According to Chernyshov, such an experiment will reduce stress and increase life satisfaction. The pilot project is planned to be implemented in some regions within a year.
