$26,000 Offered to Move to Switzerland

 

As the population of the Alpine village of Albinen dwindles, the Swiss government has announced that it will pay 20,000 francs (about $26,000) to those who move here, as well as an additional $13,000 for each child.

However, there are a number of strict requirements for moving to this beautiful village:

– Be under 45 years old

– Buy a house in the village worth at least 200,000 francs

– Live in the village of Albinen for at least 10 years

– Obtain Swiss citizenship
