In Navoi, a 16-year-old boy was driving his father's Kia Sonet car without a license plate and without following traffic rules at night in the city of Navoi. When the inspector on duty in the area tried to stop him, the boy hit the officer and fled the scene. As a result, the inspector, who was born in 1993 and is a father of 2 children, died at the scene. Investigations are underway into the incident.
