13-year-old boy in Tashkent puts up for sale his 3-year-old brother on OLX

Earlier, we reported that a 3-year-old boy was put up for sale on the OLX online platform for 150,000 soums. It turned out that a 13-year-old boy living in the Uchtepa district of Tashkent put up for sale his 3-year-old brother on OLX as a joke. The boy placed the ad through his own account.
Currently, the Uchtepa district Internal Affairs Department is conducting an investigation into the incident. The Ombudsman, however, noted that this action was “simply childishly thoughtless” and continues to monitor it.
