100 buses will be brought from China to Kashkadarya

The delegation led by the governor of Kashkadarya region, Murotjon Azimov, is on a business trip to strengthen cooperation in the trade, economic, social and tourism spheres in China on the instructions of the head of state. This was reported by the press service of the regional government.

It is noted that during negotiations with large companies and entrepreneurs of the two regions, it was achieved to bring 100 units of modern public transport to the city of Karshi.

In his address to the Oliy Majlis and the people of Uzbekistan, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said that public transport will completely change. After that, in April, 268 buses and electric buses were brought to Tashkent from China.

It became known that 100 new buses and minibuses will be delivered to Bukhara in May, and 160 new buses will be delivered to Syrdarya region at the beginning of July. Earlier, it was reported that 18 billion soums were allocated to "Tashshahartranskhizmat" to compensate for the losses incurred during the transportation of passengers, and the "daily schedule" was canceled on 32 bus routes in Tashkent.
