Two children died from gas poisoning in the Kyzylorda region
ASTANA, September 11 - Sputnik. Two children died from gas poisoning in the village of Shieli, Kyzylorda region, reports the region’s Emergency Situations Department.
The tragedy occurred in the early morning of September 11 in a private house on Bekezhanova Street.
“Preliminarily, due to a natural gas leak, children born in 2017 and 2020 were poisoned and died. One employee of the emergency services personnel went out,” the emergency services report says.
Parents are asked to follow safety rules when operating gas stoves and gas equipment.
