Tokayev appointed his adviser and assistant
ASTANA, Sep 2 - Sputnik. President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Aset Irgaliyev as his assistant on economic issues, the Akorda website reports.
Asset Irgaliyev has worked as the Chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan since January 2022.
In turn, Yernar Baspayev was appointed Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Baspayev has been deputy head of the presidential administration since December 2022.
On September 1, Tokayev appointed his three new assistants.
