There will be no failures and errors when buying tickets of the Belarusian air carrier due to the system update in Turkmenistan. This was reported to ORIENT at the Belavia office.
Recently, the flagship airline of Belarus announced the suspension of the issuance of some additional services from September 1, in particular, this concerns the possibility of pre-selecting a seat on board, carrying additional luggage and sports equipment, and transporting animals.
Information about this immediately spread on the network and caused a lot of questions from customers, including foreign applicants who used the services of the air carrier.
According to the airline itself, such restrictions are associated with the transition to a new information system, but the company's press service did not disclose the exact dates. The Turkmen office of Belavia reported that the transition would be carried out within a few days, until September 3 or 4.
The source emphasized that no changes are expected in the sale and provision of services in Turkmenistan, which is due to the peculiarities of the local system for the sale and purchase of air tickets.
