Tashkent hosts a meeting of the Council of Senior Officials of the ECO Member States

Tashkent hosts a regular meeting of the Council of Senior Officials of the member states of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).
The event is attended by delegations from Central Asian countries, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Iran and Pakistan, as well as the ECO Secretariat.
First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan F. Sidikov and Secretary General of the organization Mr. Noziri addressed the meeting. 
The ECO Secretary General highly appreciated the organizational and substantive work on holding this meeting and expressed confidence in further strengthening the regional interaction.
Throughout the day, the participants of the meeting of the Council of Senior Officials will carry out the necessary preparatory work for the successful holding of the upcoming 26th meeting of the ECO Council of Foreign Ministers to be held in Tashkent on January 24 this year.
