Positive balance of Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover decreased by 19 percent
In January-June of this year, Azerbaijan carried out trade operations with foreign countries in the amount of 26 billion 166 million US dollars.
According to Report with reference to the State Customs Committee, this is 5.4% more than in the same period last year.
In the structure of foreign trade turnover for six months, 17 billion 968 million US dollars accounted for exports, and 8 billion 198 million US dollars - for imports. Over the past year, exports decreased by 2.8%, while imports grew by 29%.
Ultimately, the positive balance of foreign trade amounted to 9 billion 769 million dollars. This is 19.4% less than a year ago.
