Futsal tournament for the FFT Cup starts in Dushanbe

On Wednesday, July 19, a futsal tournament for the Cup of the Football Federation of Tajikistan, dedicated to the Day of National Unity of the Republic of Tajikistan, starts in Dushanbe. The total prize fund of the tournament is 10,000 somoni, according to the FFT.

12 teams will take part in the competition, which were divided into three groups. Group "A" included "Babylon", "Abdurakhmon", "Mavlono" and "Sayoh". In group "B" the teams "Rakhsh-Taxi", "Zet-Mobile", "Amonatbank" and "Olucha-Taxi" will fight. Group "C" consisted of "Orienbank", "Mustafo", "Boigoni" and "Soro company-2".

At the group stage, the teams will play in a round robin system in one round. Then two teams from each group, as well as the two best teams from among those who took third places, will advance to the 1/4 finals. At the playoff stage, the games will be held according to the Olympic system with a knockout.
