Charitable Foundation named after G.Berdymukhamedov expands its activities

The Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care will expand the areas of its work. This applies both to the international level of the fund's activities, and the creation of production facilities for the production of medicines and food for children.

This was stated by the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during a working trip to the city of Arkadag on Saturday, April 1. Here, the leader of the nation held a meeting with a number of leaders on organizational issues of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Foundation, which provides assistance to children in need of care.

The Charitable Foundation has already sent humanitarian supplies for children affected by the earthquake in Turkey, as well as children of Ukraine. Such international humanitarian assistance will continue in the future, said the head of the Khalk Maslakhaty. He also paid special attention to the medical component of charitable activities, the involvement of experienced doctors and modern technologies, noted the importance of information support for the social mission of the Foundation, which provides support to children in difficult life situations.

Located in the city of Arkadag, the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Health and Rehabilitation Center builds its work in close connection with the Foundation, and in this direction it is necessary to strengthen cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of the country, the leader of the nation noted.

As mentioned at the meeting, the structure of this fund with headquarters in the city of Arkadag, in addition to the head, his deputy, administrator, accountant and lawyer, will include a press representative. All of them will work on a voluntary basis.
