Azerbaijani judokas who successfully performed at EYOF returned to their homeland
Azerbaijani judokas, who won nine medals at the XVII European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) held in Slovenian Maribor on July 25-29, returned to their homeland.
According to Report, at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, athletes were met by representatives of the country's sports community, relatives and friends of judokas, as well as fans.
It should be noted that Azerbaijani judokas achieved high results both in individual and team performances.
So, in the individual competition, the athletes won nine medals, including three gold, two silver and four bronze medals, which brought the team a silver medal in the team competition.
