Azerbaijani flag raised in Chicago
In the center of the city of Chicago, Illinois, USA, on the occasion of May 28 - Independence Day, the flag of Azerbaijan was raised.
The American bureau of Report informs that the Azerbaijani tricolor was hoisted to the sound of the National Anthem of Azerbaijan.
The project was organized by the Azerbaijan Center for the Midwestern States of America (ACMA).
ACMA President Farid Mammadov noted that this initiative, which has acquired a traditional character, is carried out annually on the memorable days of Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that the flag of Azerbaijan will proudly flutter during the day in front of the city hall at The Daley Center.
