In particular, the example of the appeal about the broken bridge in Sergeli district being ignored for two months and resolved only after the problem spread on social networks was cited, and it was noted that superficial responses to appeals are reducing people's trust in the state.

The meeting noted that last year, khokims themselves were appointed heads of Public Reception Offices. As a result, it was noted that appeals in Karakalpakstan, Andijan, Kashkadarya, Khorezm and Syrdarya regions decreased by 25-30 percent, and 60-70 percent of them were resolved positively. However, problems remain in some regions. In particular, more than half of the more than 170 thousand appeals in Tashkent city and 110 thousand in Tashkent region have not been resolved. An increase in repeated appeals was also noted in Surkhandarya, Samarkand, and Tashkent.
