President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, accompanied by First Lady Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, has arrived in Turkey. They were welcomed in Ankara by Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and other officials.
At the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Head of State will participate in the summit of the Organization of Turkic States—themed "Turkic Century: Unity in Language, Thought, and Action"—on October 29–30.
The summit will address the development of cooperation in areas such as trade, investment, transport, tourism, and education.
