In Uzbekistan, the mental state of students and teachers will be monitored.

According to a presidential decree, students and educators in educational institutions across Uzbekistan will undergo psychological diagnostics at least once every academic year.

The results of these diagnostics will be analyzed using artificial intelligence, and participants will be categorized into three groups: those who are psychologically stable, those in need of psychological support, and those requiring active psychological support. Individuals in need of support will be assigned an educational institution psychologist, while those requiring active assistance will be assigned a mentor psychologist. The confidentiality of diagnostic results and personal data will be strictly maintained.

The system will be implemented in preschool and general secondary education starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, and in secondary specialized, vocational, and higher education starting from the 2027/2028 academic year.
