In November, the elderly can enter museums with a 50 percent discount.

In Uzbekistan, from November 1 to 30, a 50 percent discount on admission tickets to cultural heritage sites, state museums, and museum-reserves will be offered to senior citizens as part of the "Tourism Month for the Elderly."

This initiative is being introduced to encourage the elderly to visit historical monuments and museums, enjoy meaningful leisure time, and explore the country’s historical and cultural heritage.

Previously, it was announced that a 20 percent discount on domestic train tickets would also be available for senior citizens. This benefit applies to women over the age of 55 and men over the age of 60, and it is valid for all domestic routes, with the exception of the "Afrosiyob" high-speed train.
