Iran launches missile strikes on Israeli and US bases

Iran has launched dozens of ballistic missiles into Israeli territory. According to sources, about 30 missiles were fired in the first wave. The Israel Defense Forces said another strike was carried out shortly after. Smoke was reported in Tel Aviv after the attacks.

Iran also attempted to strike US military bases in Qatar and Bahrain. Qatari officials said a missile was shot down, while casualties were reported on the ground in Bahrain. Air alerts were issued in the Jordanian capital Amman and Kuwait. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called on citizens to be firm in the coming days. 

Today, February 28, the United States and Israel launched a large-scale military operation against Iran.
