In Samarkand, technical college students insulted a traffic police officer and fled

A video circulating on social media, showing a group of young men insulting a traffic police officer and then fleeing, has sparked widespread discussion. The Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs has issued an official statement regarding the incident.

According to the report, the vehicle the young men were driving had been rented. They failed to comply with the lawful demands of a traffic police officer, subjected him to verbal abuse, and posted videos on social media containing remarks intended to discredit him. An investigation revealed that the individuals involved are students at a technical college. The incident was subsequently addressed through a critical review session at the educational institution where they are enrolled.

The collected case materials have been forwarded to the prosecutor's office for further legal action.
