Bayern Munich and England national team forward Harry Kane has won the 2026 Ballon d'Or. In the voting, he finished ahead of Kylian Mbappé and Lamine Yamal.

During the 2025/26 season, Kane scored 61 goals in 51 matches for Bayern Munich. With his team, he won both the German league title and the German Cup. He also finished as the top scorer in the Bundesliga, earning the Golden Boot.

In the women's category, Spain's Alexia Putellas won the Ballon d'Or for the third time.
