Almond and Raisin Muffins

Here is the dessert recipe!

🍇Ingredients:

3 eggs;
Half a glass of sugar;
1 glass of milk;
Half a glass of oil;
1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
1 pack of embossing (razrikhlitel);
A little more than 1.5 cups of flour;
Raisins (about 1 cup);

🧁 Additional:
Almond

👩🏻‍🍳Preparation:

- Mix 3 eggs with sugar thoroughly.
- Continue whisking by adding milk and oil.
- Add cinnamon, razrikhlitel and flour and mix.
- Add raisins and ground almonds to the flour and mix.
- We put the prepared dough into paper molds.
- Sprinkle ground almonds over the cake batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes.
- While our cupcakes are baking in the oven, we advise you to put a little water in a heat-proof dish in the oven for steaming.
- You can serve our cakes hot.
