During the last week, from May 8 to 14, goods worth 2.9 trillion soums were sold on all trading platforms of the Uzbekistan Commodity Exchange, which is 11% more than the previous week. The press service of the stock exchange informed about it.
About 63% of the transactions concluded were in stock trading, and the remaining 36.7% were in e-commerce trading systems.
The total volume of transactions concluded with the participation of small business and private business entities was 592.7 billion soums.
As a result of electronic sales conducted in the state procurement systems, funds of budget and corporate customers were saved in the amount of 92.7 billion soums.
During the considered period, 1,030 license plates were sold through an online auction, the total amount of sold license plates was 4.5 billion soums.

During the period under review, a total of 1.8 trillion soums worth of commodity resources were sold through open market trading, including:
Cement
During the last week, 140,648 tons of cement were sold at the stock market. The average daily volume of sales was 35.2 thousand tons.
During the considered period, the daily average prices of all brands of cement decreased from 645.3 thousand soums to 630.8 thousand soums per ton of the product. An average of 154 buyers participated in the auctions every day.
Sugar
10,400 tons of sugar were placed on the stock market, and 9,291 tons of it, i.e. 89.3 percent, were sold. An average of 418 buyers participated in the auctions every day.
During the considered period, the daily average prices for all categories of sugar decreased from 13.5 million soums to 13.4 million soums per ton of the product.
Shot
During the last week, 14,054 tons of meal were placed on the stock market, and 6,938 tons of it, i.e. 49.4 percent, were sold. An average of 37 buyers participated in the auctions every day.
During the considered period, the daily average prices for meal decreased from 3.9 million soums to 3.3 million soums per ton of the product. The average daily sales volume of shot made 1,735 tons.
