The sonship of Batir Kadyrov Sherali Jorayev was confirmed
"In the Ukhtepa inter-district civil court, Batir Kadyrov's paternity claim was considered and it was confirmed that he is the son of the late Sherali Jorayev.
Kadirov Botir Sheraliyevich, born on May 5, 1981, should be indicated as Sherali Jorayev in the father column of the birth certificate registered with No. 12 on March 11, 1983 at the Andijan City Registry Office," said the judge.
He said that the decision will come into force in a month. Dissatisfied with the decision, the parties may file an appeal with the Tashkent City Court on Civil Cases through this court.
