The President met with the Olympians
Today, on August 28, a meeting of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev with the athletes who participated in the Paris Olympics, their parents and coaches was held at the Koksaroy residence. The head of state once again congratulated the athletes with their worthy participation in the 33rd Summer Olympic Games and their historic victory.
The president also congratulated the athletes who had little luck at the Olympic Games, saying that even though they did not win prizes, it was a special school of experience and hoped to expect high results from them in the future.
At the end of the meeting, the head of state presented state awards to the winners and prize-winners.
