Soup in a jar
We present the Bankada soup recipe, which retains its taste and benefits.
🍚Ingredients:
300 g of meat;
1 potato;
1 tomato;
1 onion;
1 bay leaf;
Salt and spices according to taste.
👩🏻🍳Preparation:
We start our work by cutting the ingredients.
We put the jar on the steam for 5 minutes.
First, put meat, onion, bell pepper, potatoes, tomatoes, bay leaves, salt and spices in it and close the lid of the jar well.
Pour ice water into the pot and let it boil for 2 hours.
