Ulugbek Rashitov became the first Uzbek taekwondo player to win the Olympic Games twice.
Ulugbek, who competed in the -68 kg weight category, defeated Jordanian Zaid Karim 2:X in the final and won the gold medal.
Thus, the delegation of Uzbekistan won the second gold medal at the Paris Olympics.
