In the 1970s, the American company Harmon Industries developed an unusual trailer called the "Shadow."
Standard trailers attach to the rear of the vehicle, whereas the Shadow was connected near the middle of the car. As a result, it could easily turn along with the vehicle, even in very tight spaces.
