"Kaylali unosh"

Today "Lazzat dunya" presents for you the recipe of "Kaylali unosh", one of the famous dishes of Uzbek cuisine. Be sure to prepare it.

🫑Ingredients:

🥡Flour 500 gr;
Water 300 g;
🧈 Butter 200 gr;
🥩 Minced meat 500 gr;
🍚Suzma 400 gr;
🧅2 onions;
🫑 Bulgarian pepper 2 pieces;
2 cloves of garlic;
🧂 Salt and spices according to taste;


👩🏻‍🍳Preparation:

We start our work by making a harder dough.
Finely chop the onion, spring onion and bell pepper.
Add salt and spices to the minced meat, mix well, roll it into a round shape and dip it in it.
Now put butter in the pot and fry the mincemeat first.
Then fry onion and bell pepper.
Then add the fried mincemeat and pour water until it is covered.
Roll out the dough, cut it as shown in the video and cook it in boiling water.
When it is cooked, cool it and mix it.
First, we put our dough into the bowl, and then our minced kale.
